About Us
The 179 acre site situated between Lakewood Ranch Blvd and Lorraine Road off State Road 64 will accommodate 436 brand new single family homes and townhouse style properties. Mallory Park at Lakewood Ranch will be a gated community offering homeowners resort style amenities such as community pool, clubhouse, fitness center, community gathering room with catered kitchen and more.
